Queenstown is situated on a lake surrounded by mountains, all snow-capped, which make it so appealing to a bumbling amateur photographer with a half-decent camera.
The most dominant mountains are “The Remarkables” that from the township look like an artificial movie background!
These shots of The remarkables were taken at various times from various locations - in front of the hostel beside the lake, the Queenstown Gardens and the top of the spectacular Skyline Gondola.
